Hi Capitec I need your Help this is more of a family matter but I need to clear my name. My mom went to capitec bank today to check her savings only to find out the is someone whose been withdrawing money from her account since from October until Today 18th November. The last withdrawal was Saturday at South Gate Mall and the other transactions happened at JHB CBD, Fox Street and Main Street, the sad part about this is that I don’t stay with my mom and my younger sister who stays with her who knows her card pins and cellphone banking details and she’s accusing me of this *****, I want to clear my Name and if possible get the footage on cameras if possible? what can I do to solve this and help my mom to get on top of this. Please give me a direction as a bank on how to clear my Name and get the Calprit who’s behind this. The money amounts to R13000.
