My capitec funeral cover was debited twice on the 26/05/2026 and again 02/06/2026 i spoke to them on WhatsApp and a case was logged and i was told my money will be reversed in 3 days today is the 7th day my money is not reflacting. So i called them again today they are telling me that they do not have a turn around time but once they get feedback thats when i will get my money. Pathetic right🚮🚮
