32 day notice, no urgency even with proof

<p>i made my account a 32 day notice account in order for my money to grow with interest. i am self employed and received word from the company i am going to co-work with that i need R3500 for the insurance of the bakkies which will be on the road with courier services. i went into Capitec, Montague Gardens and explained to them. i even had Skynet email them the insurance papers indicating the urgency of the matter and they failed to assist me. the branch manager and counter clerk insisted that they cannot help me even though i had proof. i am stressed out of wits end and will be taking this matter beyond head office complaints. im sickend by this service to say the least.</p>
