30-40 minutes waiting to deposit
<p>I am at the Birch Acres Mall to deposit money I was told I had to wait for about 30-40mins to be able to make a deposit because the security company was taking the money.</p> <p>This is too inconvenient as it is an emergency</p> <p> </p> <p>This needs to be improved or does this happen in black communities only?</p>

About two weeks back I wrote a review About being told to wait for +30 minutes to make a deposit at Capitec bank near Tembisa at Birch Acres Mall.
Today I received a follow up call from one of their people. One thing I tRuly appreciate is the time they took to call me and explain to me why such things happen. A man named Donorique went into detail to explain the dynamics that causes such inconvenience. I had to stop him because the only thing I could hear from the entire telephonic chat was care.
