3 weeks for a settlement Figure and Letter

<p>I have a loan with Capitec, that I would like to settle. I called in about 3 weeks ago and asked for assistance and to date I am still waiting. I have sent emailed queries through, all I get back is the automated messages but no correspondence from any of the consulatnts. When I app**** for the loan, it was amazing how quickly they called me, cause they wanted the business. but now because I wanted to settle they not willing to help at all.</p> <p>I did not think it was going to be this difficult just to settle my debt with them. IT is a never ending battle in trying to have this sorted.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
