3 Months and Funeral Policy not paid yet

I did put in a claim for my husband's funeral plan. Case no;***0 in February 2025, they called and said they want a Letter of Autority and Estate account. I submitted the documents on the 28 May 2025. At the Southernwood Capitec in East London. I went back to them on the 3 June 2025 since I did not get a call nor an email from the saying the recieved my document. The lady told me they Woll call me in 48 hour. To my surprise they send me an sms to submit Letter of Autority which I have done already. They are playing delay tactic. How long do they take to pay a claim
