Capitec bank is a *****, people are de*****ed everyday and we all end up not being helped. We are de*****ed by Capitec users and we still don't get our money back. *****sters and ****mers are so confident in ****ming and de*****ing us because they know that nothing is gonna be done. I mean what's so difficult in reversing money in a ****mers account and sending back to the rightful owner??????????? Capitec is useless and pathetic!!!!!

More than 10 000 Capitec users are being ****med everyday and not even one person has been helped.

The cost of living is very expensive now and Capitec still does nothing about it. I regret choosing Capitec.

I mean every bank gets ****med but other banks like FNB , ABSA , Standard bank etc refund their clients because they care.

Don't choose Capitec bank, I repeat don't choose Capitec bank. I struggled after being ****med by a Capitec user whilst I'm a Capitec client as well. My family and kids had no food because Capitec couldn't help.

I'm leaving Capitec as soon as I get an off day, I repeat don't choose Capitec !!!! You will regret it. Ask anyone. Let's all move back to the banks we grew up knowing please.
