Capitec branch in Orange farm has a poor client service. They are just ***********, they don't care about people's feelings and they don't take their job seriously. Went to claim for a funeral insurance on the 11-09-2024 mind you I was so desperate and in need of cash for the funeral... I was advised I will receive cash within 48 hours. Guess what a week later I haven't received any proper communication on why I haven't received my payout. Everytime I follow up they saying the matter has been escalated to the relevant department... Even today same story...
