Capitec ***** department don’t know what they are doing how can they close a case because they did not give their outcome of their investigation instead I get told that case is closed because i failed to submit court order,all I want is the outcome of the investigation because I submitted all documents to show why money was paid to my account even affidavit was there,is this how you honestly treat your customers it’s been 1year already my funds are frozen
