How does capitec investigation department work? They don’t update regarding the investigation? I am now taking this matter to the news paper so that the world can see what kind of a bank you are, I have all proof of emails showing that I’m the only who’s been doing a follow up , no update from your side, even have phone recordings.

You failed to do a. Simple thing ,deal with a persons account was reported and unfreeze my funds,yet I find myself suffering to get my money back yet I did submit all the proof,now even if I’m requesting a letter you guys a failing to send me.I will also sue capitec cause you failed me as your loyal customer.
