25th and Month Too Much For Them
I wish I could give zero.
You would think a NATIONWIDE bank would realise they have a HUGE influx of payments going in and out on certain days, such as 25th pay day and month end and make a PLAN to make sure the app, ATMs and cards all still work even during the peak traffic days.
How can this happen every single month end and you still haven’t found a solution? It is pathetic.
It is ridiculous!
