25 day loan application
I am frustrated and angry because of the incompetence , stressful and cruel service i am getting from Capitec Bank. A more than 25 day loan application turned to be a nightmare. Hope shuttered, time wasted and emotions toyed with. My financial situation is now worse because of this unending torture. Surely, one knows within few hours or even few days if they qualify for a loan or not. 25 days later, 3 calls per day, 3 smses, whatsApp messages and emails but no one actually knows what they are doing😢

08 Aug 2023, 09:26I DON'T KNOW WHETHER TO LAUGH OR CRY. 25 DAYS LATER, MORE THAN 3 HOURS AT THE BRANCH ONLY TO GET A CALL NOW WITH A DECLINE OUTCOME. THANK YOU HELLOPETER FOR ASSISTING IN ESCALATING MY MATTER AND PUTTING ME OUT OF MISERY.I JUST HOPE THAT ONE DAY SOMEONE WITH RESOURCES AND ENERGY CAN PUT CAPITEC BANK TO BOOK FOR WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME AND TOYING WITH THEIR EMOTIONS.
