Yesterday went to capitec bank after checking on the internet what time are they closing on Sundays was advised it's 14:00. Arrived there at 13:21 the door was still opened with one client being assisted by Sphamandla. He told me they closed at 13:00, I should go check on the door I told him I checked what time the close I even used my data to show him but that didn't help. I asked him since he still logged in can't he said print my bank statement he said he can't the are closed. The reason I wanted a bank statement it's because I'm moving from my current bank to Capitec but after the service I got I'm thinking twice. I'm very disappointed, disgruntled and very irate bet the guy was still logged in he couldn't just print me a lousy bank statement!!!!
