2016 PAID UP LOAN ACCOUNT NOT UPDATED

<p>Good Day<br />I had a loan account with capitec bank and it was open on 2016/12/17 with loan number ********** ********** 3.i did paid up or settle a loan in time.I recently find out that the loan is still showing that im on arrears and still owing capitec,i went to the branch and make a query and was promised that information will be sent to ICT a week or so.BUT even now is not updated on ICT .I tried to call capitec customer service,where they confirmed that the account is closed on their site.I was surprised because i went to capitec to open a new loan and they declined my request,saying my my account was in arrears last year,i didn't know that is their own paid up account that is in arrears account is affecting my credit score and i closing my opportunities for getting new credits.PLEASE UPDATE MY INFORMATION AND STOP BLAMING ICT FOR YOUR OWN ERRORS </p>
