2000 was withdrawn but card my with me I'm using capitec bank

Someone that I don't know withdrawed R2000 out of my bank but my card was with me and this person first checked my balance and took R1000 out and checked my balance R1000 again and took r1000 again and the time was past 2 bought transactions in the morning and I went to capitec they told me I must go to the police station and they must take me to the place were these money were withdrawed and I must ask for the manager to show the footgate of the camera and see who did this and that was childs money Christmas clothes and food I have no money please help me out
