2 weeks of waiting and still waiting for a response

*** Its been 2 weeks waiting for feedback , application was done on WhatsApp , im starting to wonder if its not a **** , the call came from Capitec bank cape .*** , every day i ask for an updated and I'm the response is always asking for my fica docs that was send before . All i need is just an increase on credit card...that's is your response will be highly appreciated .
