2 months installment added to my personal loan that I did know about

I have done a personal loan at capitec bank in 2018 of February of an amount of R131000,00 for 36 month of I which my installment was R5700 a month in same year 2018 of June I have done a reschedule agreement with the bank the reduce the installment to be R3899 a month and the increase the loan terms to 72 months of which my last payment of an installment is on 2024/01/31 due to my contract loan with capitec bank but when I check on my capitec app and sms that they send to me they tell me that I am left with 3 months installment payment with them and I have never miss any payment I have our agreement contract and the recordings
