2 months and still no paid up letter sence I started to ask for it

So this is my third time asking again for a paid up letter for my account *** Twice Tariq has been the one working on it yet don't give feed backs at all and capitec don't reply on my previous replies on hello Peter I don't want to know someone is working on it cause nothing is being done and Tariq don't reply to his emails. Can I ask for my accounts paid up letter my patiences is starting to run low here if been asking for it more than 2 months already
