1st disappointing service

We called the number before we went overseas and activated our cards for overseas travel and usage.

We get overseas, nothing works.

We immediately email Capitec from a wifi hotspot on the airport to remedy the situation immediately but took them till only after our return from our holidays.

This is the 1st time Capitec disappointed me, and I wish there was a remedy.
