I went to Fnb ATM (ATM number 00877 123) here at Cosmo City on the 31/07 to withdraw for transport as I was going to work.I joined the ATM queue, the guy who was infront used the machine and left his slip.I got there I throw away the receipt and inserted my card immediately machine printed receipt with lots codes and errors..I Didn't punch pin.The guy whom used ATM before came to fetch both receipts.I run home to call customer care for card to be blocked I did that successful call Ref ***.surprisenly R3000.00 was deducted.capitec refused to refund Ref ***7 .I open I case on the 31/07/15 but I haven't hear anything..capitec give back my money or 'll take my business somewhere else
