19 days turnaround time
My is deceased ,Sanlam paid money into her account by error. We went to Capitec bank Maponya mall to arrange for the money to be transferred back to Sanlam however we were told to return on the 20th of April for a follow up, why is the turnaround to long? or is it because they are not willing to assist.
