when u renew ur car license ,they charge u delivery fee ,and other stupid fees,but once u pay , 5min later they took another 50 rand out my main account, and it says service fee, which u already paid in the 1st amount. is there any honest business left in SA!!! I'm closing my capitec account. they are *******, JUST LIKE UR GOVERNMENT
