15-days Funeral Policy Deduction on a cancelled policy

I opened a Funeral policy at a branch in Vaalgate Vanderbijlpark with one of the consultants. the lady assisted me and i told her i wanted one that would deduct same amount as the one i previously had with them that lapsed which was deducting R200 and something. The lady did one but the instalment on this one was R723 which was too much for me but she told me i can update the amounts to what i want on the App with time not being on my side as i was at work i left. i tried to update the amounts on the policy numerous times on the App but failed to do so. the policy was opened on the 17th on December 2024 and i decided to cancel the policy on the 31st of December 2024 as i was struggling to update the instalment to what i could afford to pay. on the 2nd of January 2025 Capitec deducted the R723 even though i had cancelled the policy. i tried going to the branch and i was told there was nothing they could do called customer care was told they can't help me went on Capitec whatsapp was told the same thing. I want my money back i don't understand how i paid R723 to cancel a funeral policy that is cancelled. Its not my problem your agent told me i could update on my side. this policy wasn't even 15 days this is completely unacceptable Capitec must refund me my money
