14 Days Waiting Period for Cheque to Clear - Nonsense

My employer deposited my salary cheque into my Capitec bank with supporting documents and a clear instruction for an immediate clearance of the cheque but to my surprise I've been told that I now have to wait 14 days for me to get my funds available to me, how pathetic. The cheque was deposited on the 30th November today it is the 7th I'm still without money. I'm sorry to say this but your banking ways are way too behind to match the current times and as a matter of fact I'm going to post this on every social media to alert everyone that not only do you lie to be the cheapest bank but you very ***********. I have not paid my rent, no money to commute to work and you keeping my money. I'm waiting till my funds are available, i will close my account and I'm dragging my family, friends and social media contacts with me.

Give me her email address so I can communicate with her via email. I'm not able to take calls during working hours. 5 working days is as good as waiting for the checque itself. you are again pathetic, you do not understand the sense of urgency of this matter

It sounds like you didnt even read the post itself, you just pasted your standard response you send to everyone. Be advised that if you don't change your ways of working to match the current generation you have it coming.
