14 days to clear a cheque !!!

<p>I was advised it take 7 working days to clear a Cheque issued to me.</p> <p>After waiting 7 working days the money still did not reflect and i called in only to be advised it takes 14 working days - Are you guys for real ? in this day and age ?</p> <p>If Capitec want to take over my Salary and investments , they really need to think intellegently as they are chasing customers away . One person say one thing , the other person says something else - all courstesy of your customer care call centre</p>
