14 Day Cheque Clearance Process

<p>I have a serious dissatisfaction with the clearance timeframe of a cheque. I had a cheque deposited into my account on the 30th May, to my dismay only to learn that i have to wait for 14days to access my money?</p> <p>How can it be that Capitec's process takes so longer than other banks that has special clearance?</p> <p>I need the matter to be resolved urgently this can't be a sophisticated bank as you can treat a customer from 2004 in this manner</p>
