11 YEARS WITH CAPITEC AND THEY TREAT YOU LJKE A FOOL.

I have been a Capitec client for the last 11 years and as such do all my monthly financial transactions through them. I never thought I would say this, but the last week Capitec treated me like I was a fool. Thank you very much Capitec for making an intensely loyal customer so negative that I will be closing my account over the weekend.

If you care at all you can contact me, just not on the WhatsApp app where you ask for endless documents and then abruptly send a message that the application is cancelled. Neither will I waste another phone call just to hold on forever and then be told a story and never to be called back, or sent me an endless stream of WhatsApp messages asking for docs.

Call me, if need be I will go to a branch, but I will not be treated like a fool again.
