1 MINUTE AFTER CLOSING AND REFUSED HELP

What has happened to the service levels in this country? I needed the urgent assistance of a consultant for 5 minutes yesterday, but they all just looked at me, and ignored the fact that I was there. I ended up getting to the bank just after they closed the doors, due to Eskoms load shedding, a 10 minute journey became longer than half an hour. Got to the bank just after the doors were closed, was waving like crazy to get the attention of the consultants who just looked up and went back to what they were doing. 10 minutes later when a customer came out, I managed to slip in and begged the receptionist for some assistance, advising it was urgent and would not take longer than 5 minutes, and she merely stated they were closed, even though all the consultants were still sitting at their desks. I understand that closing time is shutdown, but I have been to other places where they would go that extra mile for a customer.
