i just made a payment from my capitec app to MFC , and i wrote a wrong reference number, immediately i contacted the bank to reverse but they say it will take 7 to 14 days, the money is still pending on capitec, on the app they dont have a reversal access. So i must wait 14days to get reffersal but the account is till in their sytem.
