I have a personal loan at Capitec Bank. I an not happy about how things are going the past 3 months. In December 2015 capitec wanted to deduct the monthly payment from my account before my deduction date even though i made a payment earlier in December to pay my loan because i had some extra money to pay the loan earlier but still they tried to deduct. They took all the money that came in toe my account in December before the deduction date and send me a message that my account is in the rares and the outstanding amount! So i went to the Bedfortview branch to clear this mistake that they made and their answer to me was that they do the deductions earlier in December because most companies get bonuses and get payed earlier which was not true in my case because i am not working anymore, but my husband see to that there is money in my account everymonth for the paymet that must be deducted every month on the 29th. This is un executable. Since then they did not deduct my payment for January or February witch means i had to go to the bank again on the 1st of February to clear up their mistake again ever though the money is in my account for them take. The 29th of Feb is the same story!
