Incident# ***0 CM Again i will complain regarding the very bad service i received from Capitec Bank, Viwe Bokveldt Complaint Management Officer.
According to Viwe, Capitec could not get hold of me and all the sudden my complain is closed.
This is pathetic customer service. How can i be listed as a bad payer by not paying one month after i have explain my situation over and over again. Surely capitec bank have all the sudden very bad service and not even trying a bit to help me as a long time customer. I have lost my job, i did not received my july salary at all. Because of that i could pay anything, i lost the place i was renting. On Monday i started at my new job. I am not available at the nr capitec have because i am working at sites. Capitec can phone me after 6 at night. This matter must be resolved and i do not want any so called excuses. Capitec bank have become bad service.

As spoken telephonicly with Chwayita, we have came onto an agreement regarding my payment from end of September 2020 because i inform Chwayita that i started on Monday at a new job.
I hope all Capitec personnel will treat the clients like Chwayita did today.
I just want to close my complain.
