I would not suggest anyone to bank with Capitec am very frustrated with your service on the 9th of this month I woke up in the morning the amount of R16000 was not in my account . I followed all the procedure and yesterday I was told that the can only refund R5000 which is not even the half of the amount that was ****** in account. Am now taking this matter to ombudsman it not fair at all .
