Worst and rude debt collection company

Very unprofessional and rude people and sends you laughing emoji's when you ask for your payed up letter, I'm taking these people to court they dont know how to treat clients fairly the lady is silindile these guys are very rude and should not be doing debt collection, when asked for the manager they do not want to pass the phone, just letting them know this will be taken higher to the ombudsman.
