Their ****mer they flagged me under debt review, the have missed about 5 payment and I found out they lost their license, I was behind with my creditors and made my credit worse. I have settled with my creditors directly and capital debt solution is refusing to clear my name from being flag at the NCR their refuse to help me with the clearance certificate.

Worst and rude debt collection company
Very unprofessional and rude people and sends you laughing emoji's when you ask for your payed up letter, I'm taking these people to court they dont know how to treat clients fairly the lady is silindile these guys are very rude and should not be doing debt collection, when asked for the manager they do not want to pass the phone, just letting them know this will be taken higher to the ombudsman.

They called me to convinced me to pay less of interest to all my accounts and and I do not happy any financial problems but later only to find out tht am under Debt Review as if I can't pay my accounts

I am ****med by a lady called Zandile Mabuya promising to take me out on Debit review only to find out she is from debit review too,she said she sent me to her head office to finalize the application only to find out head office will send me a mandate debit check and yet on our conversation there was nothing to do with bank deductions.
