Utter Disappointment and Frustration with Capital Debt Solutions

I am writing this review out of sheer frustration and disappointment with the abysmal services provided by your company. I joined Capital Debt Solutions on May 30, 2023, with the expectation of receiving professional debt management services, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Since the day I joined, I have not received a single communication from your company. No one has reached out to me, and my attempts to contact you have been met with utter silence. I have called numerous times, sent messages on WhatsApp, and even tried reaching out through other channels, but it seems like my pleas for assistance are falling on deaf ears.

It is incomprehensible that a company claiming to provide debt solutions can operate in such a negligent and unprofessional manner. My debt issues remain unresolved, and I continue to receive calls from the companies I owe money to, demanding immediate payment. This is not only embarrassing but also raises serious doubts about the legitimacy of your company.

At this point, I am left with no choice but to question whether Capital Debt Solutions is nothing more than a ****. The lack of communication and the complete disregard for my financial concerns make me wonder if I made a grave mistake trusting your services.

I demand an immediate explanation for the deplorable service I have received thus far. If your company is genuinely committed to assisting individuals with their debt, it is high time you start demonstrating that commitment through action rather than empty promises. Ignoring your clients and leaving them in the dark is unacceptable.

I strongly advise anyone considering Capital Debt Solutions to think twice before entrusting their financial well-being to this company. My experience serves as a cautionary tale, and I sincerely hope that others can avoid the stress and frustration that I have endured.
