Registration of debt review without my permission

A consultant by the Name of Ayanda called me and registered me for debt review even though I told her not to. She sold me dreams and told me was calling on behalf of ncr and that they noticed I’m being charged too much interest so she is going to assist with that,after 3 days my credit card was blocked and she had registered me for debt review,called to ask her to cancel it but refused and told me it’s too late.Received a call from Shawn from the same company stating he is going to assist me with cancellation but never got back to me,on the 20th feb they deducted an amount of R5140.00 from my account
