Misrepresented by this company, bridge of contract and ********* conduct by this company. I was approached by a lady Londy who works for the capital debt incorporate regarding my financial problems. I was never told that I was going to be under administration that does not allow me to ask for financial assistance anywhere that's number 1, number 2, I will list my debt below 1. Bayport financial =R90 000 2. Truworth=R12 000 3.FNB CREDIT CARD =R13 500 4. CAPFIN =R4 000 5.FINCHOICE =R26 000

My debt is obove R50k according to my understanding you cannot be under administration if you owe more than 50k. The contract I sign was clear that this capital debt incorporate will pay for my debt as I mentioned them above and I will only pay them R1500 per month of which I have been paying for more than 3months but none of my debt has been paid by them, I still get calls and massages demanding payment they have take me to lawyers at fnb because I haven't been paying, this has affected my marriage as my husband Is trying to buy a house for me and our boys but because I'm under administration they can't approve his offer, when we went to court I was told to agree to everything so that my application will be approved but till this day I'm still paying Bayport through my parsnip and also this capital company at the same time, ihave a heart problem and I was admitted twice because of this stress

Can you please assist with removing my name in this administration please I can't even get any financial assistance
