"Hello Peter,

I'm writing to report a potential ****. A person claiming to be Zandile Buyana from the National Credit Regulator (NCR) contacted me and promised to help with my debts. She said she could assist with paying my credits and settling them since they're over 5 years old.

However, I believe I've been ****med as R5200 was deducted from my account on 2nd January 2026. I'm not sure what to do next and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
