****med by Capital Debt SA – Unauthorized Debit and *****ulent Debt Review

Complaint: I was contacted by people from Capital Debt SA, claiming to represent the government. They said they assist with reducing interest rates if creditors have been overcharging. They sent me a link to sign, supposedly to check what I’ve been overcharged.

After signing, I discovered they had reactivated an old debt review from 2020 without my consent and deducted R21,740.00 from my bank account. As a result, my overdraft and credit card were cancelled.

I tried contacting them by phone and email, but they do not respond or answer calls. That’s when I realized I had been ****med.

I am requesting urgent assistance to:

Cancel this *****ulent debt review immediately

Recover the R21,740.00 that was deducted

Report Capital Debt SA for *****ulent activity

Please investigate this matter and help ensure others do not fall victim to this company.
