Capital Debt SA stole my money and refusing to refund

This company debited my account before the transfer from my other DC was not completed and they are refusing to refund my money. I am told that i must waiting for 5 days for the payments Team to first look at my case even when i asked for them to escalate the case i was told that the SLA is the same 5 business days by a call centre agent Leeann. They service is the worse and when you send emails "***" or whatsapp "+***0"no one reply's. I have send five emails to *** which i still have not received feedback.
