Capital Debt SA are ****mers

I was mislead by their consultant under the guise of reducing my interest rates on my car payment since according to her I was being overcharged by Standard Bank according to the NCR. They are a registered company and I thought they were legit. Only to find out I was being put on debt review which was not mentioned at all on the phone. I have no issues with my debt currently and they even indicated to me that I am a good payer with a good credit score. I called them to the process cancelled and they refused straight to my face saying this is a legal process and they did nothing wrong on their end. I picked this up when i received an email from my bank saying i am on Debt Review. I cannot do anything on my account and they are going to deduct money from my account month end.

I reached out to NCR and i am not getting any type of assistance what so ever
