This company is a ****. They came to fix my dish and unfortunately I wasn't there at the time. They charged for adjusting my dish (which was clearly not adjusted as it was corroded onto the pole and I have pictures to prove that) and charge for a new LNB (which they actually never replaced). They also charged for consumables, which didn't exist because they actually didn't do anything. When I enquired about the adjusting and consumables they ignored my messaged.

I decided to pay for the callout and LNB but not the rest, only to find the DSTV didn't work anyway. When I tried to get them to come out again, they either ignored my calls and messages, or when I did get through they said they would call back but didn't.

Eventually they said they would come out the following day. I took the afternoon off work to sort it out but they didn't pitch. When I called they put me on hold and eventually rung off, never calling back. I asked for a refund and they obviously ignored me.

I had to get someone else out to sort things out and he put a new LNB and showed me that the previous one was about ten years old. He agreed the dish had never been adjusted.

They are ********s, who keep getting away with the same thing considering all the other Hellopeter messages about them. They have no address on their website so that you can actually go and see them and only cel phone numbers. I should have smelt a rat at that stage already!

I think the next step is to open a case of ***** against them but sadly I know the police have too much on their plate to deal with these clowns.
