Transfer Company - no show

On 27 October I booked a transfer to Cape Town International Airport online with Cape Town Transport Services. I received a quotation for R 455, payment was made immediately. I received an email confirming the booking. The following morning the transfer did not pitch. I called the cell nr and landline provided on the booking form, with no answer. I emailed the company on *** , no response. In order not to miss the flight I had to book another transfer with a different company.
