Shocking communication from Cape Town Shuttle Services!

I am absolutely appalled by the communication given by Cape Town Shuttle Services. I had arranged a shuttle to take myself and a couple of ladies to various locations points on both the 06/11/2021 & 07/11/2021. On the Saturday morning, we asked then specifically months ago that it is a matter of urgency that they arrive on time as we had an appointment at 09h00 and we requested to be collected at 08h30. We ran late for our appointment! Secondly, on the Sunday, we had a photoshoot at 11h30 and requested to be collected at 11h00. Of course just like the day before, they were running late - only to find out that the shuttle went to the first location the previous day! So again, our plans were ruined and had to reschedule the entire plan because of it! Thirdly, three days afterwards, they kept on emailing me stating that I still owed them money but meanwhile, it clearly states in their emails to me what the total cost was for the weekend and I had EFT'ed the entire amount and sent proof of purchase. They claimed that the cost was "per day" and not for the entire weekend, as mentioned, it clearly did in previous emails!

I am truly disgusted with the level of communication that this company has and they seem extremely shady. I am extremely disappointed!
