Left Stranded without Shuttle and Worst Communication

We were left with no shuttle had to book a Uber almost missed our train to Elgin Market. We booked for a Sunday 21 Dec to be collected early. The office confirmed via email weeks before they will collect us early as we had to be at Train station 8H00. Saturday I watsapped and email to find out who the driver is and no answers next morning I called there emergency number, whatapped and emailed no one answered, since that I have emailed several times about the refund still no answer. Not even a apology.
