I phoned them on saturday morning to confirm my lift. a man said cameron will pick me up a couple of minutes before 16:00 on saturday. after 16:30 nobody has arrived. no answer from all their phones. so i had to drive myself to the airport. this caused me a lot anxiety. i had to park my car unprotected in the long stay. i paid them upfront and they dropped me on a international flight. i paid R600 upfront. my car was standing unprotected in the sun and weather. I have asked them to pay me the parking fees(R1054) and petrol. very, very bad service. They have now refunded my money that I paid for the shuttle to the airport. They dont answer my request for parking payment. I'am still waiting for a reason why, or an apology.
