Avoid this company at all costs.

We booked and paid for a 22-seater bus, but they sent a smaller vehicle, leaving our international clients delayed and frustrated. No one in the office answered calls or messages, and we have still not received a single apology or response. To make matters worse, even though the company confirmed the driver’s meals were included in the rate, our clients still kindly offered to buy him food. When he refused seafood, they went out of their way to get him something else, and he later posted a vulgar WhatsApp status with a photo of one of our clients, using highly offensive language and another one saying he’d rather give the food to his dog.

We emailed the company requesting an urgent response, but they’ve completely ignored us. No apology, no accountability. Unreliable, unprofessional, and utterly disrespectful. Stay far away.
