Worst Hotel

We booked with a Kulula package and did research using Google looking at pictures of this Hotel and also found that this hotel is 4 Star. Wow what a disappointment. We went to the place on 14 December 2014 for our Honeymoon and found out that we had to park in some narrow ***** parking lot in this rundown building,We were asked to pay R60 per a day for a parking that was not at all safe and no where near the entrance of the hotel,We then decided to have a look at the place.After paying our R800 deposit at the front desk we were off to our Honeymoon bedroom and wow what a disappointment, It was two separate beds and while going up to our rooms there was this strong chemical smell which was in the room.How can Kulula have a hotel like this on their packages ? The hygiene is terrible with all the chemical smells. Well we had to book out of a place with no refund which we paid for 4 days without any sympathy of a couple being on their honeymoon. I wont advise any person to book into this hotel. This was the worst travel experience for my newly wedded wife and I.
