Hi, <br> <br> I checked 2 weeks ago- Saturday the 9th and handed in my keys so that my car can be moved because I was parked behind a car. The last I drove my car was at 1am the 10th and my sunglasses were in my car after which i handed in my keys again. My car was moved at exactly 9:23 am on the 10th January (had to find it in the cctv) and my glasses were missing since then. <br> <br> It was a brown pair or Ray Bans that you can fold up which is very expensive and If it could happen to me it could happen to someone else (if it has not already) and Social Media need to be aware since there are ******* amongst Cape Town lodge security. <br> <br> Cindy the general manager called me on Tuesday but she had so much attitude and kept interrupting me the entire conversation at the top of her voice, which I thought was extremely unprofessional for a GM! ****ing off an already irate client is the last thing a GM does?<br> <br> As for my ****** sunglasses that will never be returned, I pray and hope that it wont happen to your clients again as it leaves a bitter taste in our mouths after having such an amazing time at Cape Town Lodge.
