Rude lying manager, Warren Gnesin

Absolutely terrible! I should have taken the previous bad reviews more serious. If a few people comment on rude service, there has to be truth in it.... Please spare yourself the heartache and frustration of dealing with the staff and especially management of this hotel. Very rude people who do not believe in customer service! When you call and the manager pretends to be unavailable, but you can hear him speaking in the background, you know you are dealing with a lier and someone unwilling to help a customer in need. Definitely not a place where you want to spend your hard earned money!
